Bionic Leather Texture

A bionic leather reproduction process copies the grain of natural calfskin onto a coated synthetic film, with each head showing slightly different grain direction, depth, and local color, so no two are exactly alike.

Warm and Focused Tone

Balanced across the whole set, the heads add resonance and sustain while keeping overtones down, with warm low end from the punchy 10 inch tom to the deep 22 inch bass drum.

Tuning That Holds

The non-leather film stays stable as temperature and humidity shift, so the fat, focused tone you hear at setup holds through a long session without the retuning that real calfskin asks for.

From Studio to Stage

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact support@beatello.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its outer packaging.

If the issue is a manufacturing defect, Beatello will arrange the appropriate solution. If the damage was caused during transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Carrier claims may take time, and full reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

For larger products, we recommend adding the logistics insurance offered by Beatello in partnership with Xcotton at checkout. If transit damage occurs, the insurance can provide compensation according to its coverage terms.

What is Beatello’s return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging, manuals, and accessories. All returns require authorization from Beatello before shipping.

For returns that are not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact support@beatello.com to request a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
