How long will delivery take?

Orders are shipped from our US warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to you. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier schedules, holidays, and product availability.

Do I pay customs duties or import taxes?

Products shipped from our China warehouse are offered at an all-inclusive price. Beatello does not charge any additional fees beyond the product price and shipping cost shown at checkout.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We accept cancellations before dispatch and can issue a full refund when applicable.Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Could my order arrive in more than one package?

Yes. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, depending on product availability, packaging, and fulfillment arrangements. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact support@beatello.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its outer packaging.

If the issue is a manufacturing defect, Beatello will arrange the appropriate solution. If the damage was caused during transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Carrier claims may take time, and full reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

For larger products, we recommend adding the logistics insurance offered by Beatello in partnership with Xcotton at checkout. If transit damage occurs, the insurance can provide compensation according to its coverage terms.

What is Beatello’s return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging, manuals, and accessories. All returns require authorization from Beatello before shipping.

For returns that are not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact support@beatello.com to request a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
