First, let me say, unequivocally, this drum is very heavy, the steel shell is no joke. Put it on a heavy duty stand or it'll fall over. Seriously. Having said all that, I believe this drum is a pretty good value for the money. I got it to use as a snom (snare/floor tom combo) with my black lacquered maple bop kit. The 8.7" depth fits in perfectly beside my 14 x 14" floor tom. The drum sounds pretty good, but is definitely loud (sometimes an issue for my jazz playing). I would suggest changing the heads and snare wires to better quality versions (I use Evans UV1/SS 300 heads with Canopus Vintage Dry snare wires) to get the best sound. The snare strainer and butt plate are built pretty solid and should hold up reasonably well over time. The rims are interesting, as they are a stick saver style reminiscent of the classic Gretsch 302 hoops. As I said it's a beast, so carrying it is not fun, but that's really my only gripe. Honestly, I took a flyer on this one and it worked out pretty well. Even if I don't use it all the time, it was definitely worth the price. Hope this helps.

What's Covered
If a product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will send replacement parts free of charge. For major quality issues, we will replace the entire product. If it is discontinued or out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
How to Claim
Email support@beatello.com with your order number, invoice, and photos of the issue. Once approved, your replacement ships as quickly as possible. Replacement shipping is paid by the customer; a return, if required, needs an RA number from our team.
What's Not Covered
Purchases outside the official Beatello store or authorized resellers, owners other than the original purchaser, damage from neglect, moisture, extreme temperatures, mishandling, shipping, or abnormal playing, post-factory alterations, consumables such as drumheads, and normal wear and tear.
A replacement does not restart the warranty; coverage continues for the remainder of the original term.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Exchanges depend on availability and must be for an item of equal value.
Email support@beatello.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, or opened but unused. Items must still include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Used, damaged, altered, or final sale items are not eligible.
Manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery: we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label. For all other returns you pay return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of receipt, though your bank may take longer to post it.
