FEATURES

Spin to Change Pitch

Turn the frame and the pitch slides with it, so glissandos and note changes happen in seconds, even between songs, with no tools and nothing to tighten mid-set.

Chamberless, Open Tone

Without a shell chamber, there is no cavity resonance adding a voice of its own, so what you hear is the single-sided skin and the frame rather than a column of air.

Light and Rail-Mountable

The aluminum spoke frame keeps the set light, and the rail mount lets the toms ride on a kit you already have instead of claiming floor space. A zinc alloy stand is included and adjusts in height.

From Drum Kit to Orchestra

Add the set to a drum kit for pitched accents above the toms, or take it to a percussion ensemble, an orchestra, or a marching band. The same three toms cover all of them.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are shipped from our US warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to you. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier schedules, holidays, and product availability.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We accept cancellations before dispatch and can issue a full refund when applicable.Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact support@beatello.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its outer packaging.

If the issue is a manufacturing defect, Beatello will arrange the appropriate solution. If the damage was caused during transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Carrier claims may take time, and full reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

For larger products, we recommend adding the logistics insurance offered by Beatello in partnership with Xcotton at checkout. If transit damage occurs, the insurance can provide compensation according to its coverage terms.

What is Beatello’s return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging, manuals, and accessories. All returns require authorization from Beatello before shipping.

For returns that are not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact support@beatello.com to request a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
