  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.
  • Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours (excluding holidays).

  • Feather Rate:
    For orders weighing 0kg up to 10kg.
    Shipping Cost: $9.90
    Perfect for lighter items like drumsticks, single cymbals, or small accessories.
  • Standard Pack Rate:
    For orders weighing over 10kg up to 30kg.
    Shipping Cost: $29.99
    Ideal for drumhead sets, hardware, or multiple smaller items.
  • Heavy Haul Expedition Rate:
    For orders weighing 30kg and up.
    Shipping Cost: $49.00

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (based on your location)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number (usually active within 24 hours).

  • If you can’t track your package, contact us — we’ll resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations

If your order hasn't shipped and payment is complete, contact us promptly for a full refund.
Orders cannot be canceled after they’ve been dispatched.

Beatello reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If canceled, a full refund will be issued.
