U.S. Domestic Shipping
Thank you for shopping with Beatello! Orders delivered within the United States are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Delivery takes 3–5 business days after your order has been processed. In total, you can expect your order to arrive at your door within approximately 5–7 business days.

International Shipping
International orders ship from our facility in China to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and other destinations available at checkout.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Large and oversized items ship by ocean freight, which takes 14–21 business days from the vessel’s departure. That window excludes the time between your order and the vessel sailing, as well as time held in customs.

Duties and Taxes
Prices shown at checkout include applicable duties and taxes for the destinations we ship to. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery.
Orders Shipped from Our China Facility
Items out of stock in our U.S. warehouse may ship directly from our factory in China instead of waiting for a restock. Shipping is charged at the rate for your delivery destination, and these orders follow the ocean freight window above.
Please Note
- A tracking number is provided with every shipment.
- Weight tiers are rounded for reference. The exact rate applied at checkout is determined by your order’s total package weight.
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately, including items fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse and our China facility.
- Packages over 150 lbs (68 kg) for U.S. orders, or over 65 kg for international orders: please contact us at support@beatello.com for a shipping quote.
- We do not ship to: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces (Americas, Europe, Pacific).
- International orders are not accepted for destinations not offered at checkout.
