What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact support@beatello.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its outer packaging.

If the issue is a manufacturing defect, Beatello will arrange the appropriate solution. If the damage was caused during transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Carrier claims may take time, and full reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

For larger products, we recommend adding the logistics insurance offered by Beatello in partnership with Xcotton at checkout. If transit damage occurs, the insurance can provide compensation according to its coverage terms.

What is Beatello’s return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging, manuals, and accessories. All returns require authorization from Beatello before shipping.

For returns that are not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact support@beatello.com to request a Return Authorization number and return instructions.

Finally real acoustic feel without volume complaints. Shallow shells mean lower overall dB but still dynamic. The 14" kick thumps enough for small rooms. Packed it into my Mini Cooper. Highly recommend for apartment drummers.

I truly did not expect much. I needed a small practice kit for my small music room. I am a professional drummer and was just looking for something simple and cheap to keep my hands and feet working. I also teach drums.....I would absolutely recommend this for a student and for what i am using it for. I would even use it in a small venue. Probably one of the best deals i have gotten on a musical instrument. We will see how it holds up but hardware was surprisingly sturdy. 5 stars all the way.

Jungle Pad Compact Drum Kit

Jungle pad kit I’m very happy with this kit. They sound great, look awesome and have a full sound just like a regular acoustic drums. Hey are made really well. The hardware is top of the line, only not as expensive as other brands. One of the cool things, if your feeling like you need to go over the top with your kit, you can add them to your acoustic drum kit. They are easy to add without them taking up a lot of space. For the price, you get an awesome kit that is very versatile and sound great.
