What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact support@beatello.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its outer packaging.

If the issue is a manufacturing defect, Beatello will arrange the appropriate solution. If the damage was caused during transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Carrier claims may take time, and full reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

For larger products, we recommend adding the logistics insurance offered by Beatello in partnership with Xcotton at checkout. If transit damage occurs, the insurance can provide compensation according to its coverage terms.

What is Beatello’s return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging, manuals, and accessories. All returns require authorization from Beatello before shipping.

For returns that are not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact support@beatello.com to request a Return Authorization number and return instructions.

Good bargain; quality control needs work Pretty good bargain; I was expecting these cymbals to sound horrible, but they're actually not that bad, considering that they're designed for students and practice/rehearsal settings. The ride and trash-crash are especially pretty cool. The hats are the weak links though, as they're way too thin and floppy. The splash sounds almost like a Chinese opera gong, which kind of has its own charm. The quality control is not great, so beware of that. The center hole in the "top" hi-hat was cut too small, and would not fit my nicer clutch. So my workaround was to use the "bottom" as the top over an old Zildjian ZBT bottom hat, which sounded better anyway. The whole set is very light and thin, and they open up easily without having to bash the heck out of them. Could be ideal for indoor cafe gigs; only time will tell.

Finally a budget set that doesn't sound like trash (in a bad way). The 14" hats have a clean chick, 16" crash cuts. 18" hollow crash works great as a stack bottom too. Used them for a live gig - held up fine. Recommended for beginners and gigging drummers.

Upgraded from brass. These alloy cymbals sound way more professional. The 18" china decay is fast and dirty - love it. Ride has good definition. Double hollow design gives extra shimmer. Perfect for electronic and rock. Bag is a nice bonus.

Super Great The hollow 18" crash and china sound surprisingly trashy and quick - perfect for metal accents. 20" ride has a nice wash, bell cuts. Hi-hats are crisp. The bag is legit, padded and waterproof. Great value for a full set.

Bought these for my rehearsal kit. The 16" rock crash is aggressive, opens fast. Hollow crashes have a unique overtone - not too clangy. 8" splash is sharp. Everything fit in the included bag. Four stars because the finish shows stick marks fast, but sound is solid.
