What's Covered
If a product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will send replacement parts free of charge. For major quality issues, we will replace the entire product. If it is discontinued or out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
How to Claim
Email support@beatello.com with your order number, invoice, and photos of the issue. Once approved, your replacement ships as quickly as possible. Replacement shipping is paid by the customer; a return, if required, needs an RA number from our team.
What's Not Covered
Purchases outside the official Beatello store or authorized resellers, owners other than the original purchaser, damage from neglect, moisture, extreme temperatures, mishandling, shipping, or abnormal playing, post-factory alterations, consumables such as drumheads, and normal wear and tear.
A replacement does not restart the warranty; coverage continues for the remainder of the original term.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Exchanges depend on availability and must be for an item of equal value.
Email support@beatello.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Used, damaged, altered, or final sale items are not eligible.
Manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery: we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label. For all other returns you pay return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of receipt, though your bank may take longer to post it.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are shipped from our US warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to you. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier schedules, holidays, and product availability.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We accept cancellations before dispatch and can issue a full refund when applicable.Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact support@beatello.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its outer packaging.
If the issue is a manufacturing defect, Beatello will arrange the appropriate solution. If the damage was caused during transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Carrier claims may take time, and full reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
For larger products, we recommend adding the logistics insurance offered by Beatello in partnership with Xcotton at checkout. If transit damage occurs, the insurance can provide compensation according to its coverage terms.
What is Beatello’s return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging, manuals, and accessories. All returns require authorization from Beatello before shipping.
For returns that are not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact support@beatello.com to request a Return Authorization number and return instructions.

I am very happy and beyond satisfied with these. Sure, the mounting brackets are plastic, but overall, the entire stand is very strong, heavy duty, and sturdy. Best bang for your buck when it comes to this instrument, forget the other very expensive brands. I managed to set these in the classic octoban configuration (2 on top, 2 on the bottom) to save space, only using the parts provided/included. I have yet to try them on a live setting, but so far so great! I love the particular "boing" sound of this instrument.
Really nice for the money. These are a great, way more affordable alternative to Tama's octobans. Very Musical. I was careful setting them up because there are plastic brackets. Once you get it all put together they sound great. They even come with a basic tune on them. I tuned mine up just a little higher. Nice alternative to roto toms. I've had them for about a month now. After you've been playing them, check the tightness of everything. The plastic brackets I guess have to settle in. Nothing has broken. They just needed to be tightened. Check them so they don't slip at practice. The metal construction of the Drums is sturdy. It makes them heavy. Be aware of that, and tighten your brackets.
Well worth the money! These are actually pretty awesome...especially for the price. The heads they come with are ok but I changed them to some Remo Pinstripes and they honestly sound amazing. I wrapped them to make them a little more appealing. I also changed out the mounting brackets to DW's to sturdy them up but definitely recommend them sonically.

AND STILL HAVE QUALITY. JUST PUT SOME 6-IN REMO PINSTRIPES, OR SOME EVANS BLACK CHROME AND YOU'RE IN BUSINESS.(I've read some reviews about people not being able to set them up cuz not having directions, but if you're a little mechanically inclined and drum for a while you can figure it out pretty easy) LOVE IT THANK YOU
I gave 4 stars because of the Cheap plastic connectors on the rack! Even while assembling the plastic striped out to where I couldn't tighten. The Quality of the drums themselves are quite good.Good.Get with it and install some metal reinforcements in the parts.
The 4 stars are for the drums themselves, which seem rather well made and sound quite musical with some minor tuning adjustments. Would recommend replacing the cheap stock heads with some clear single ply's like Remo Ambassador. The deduction from 5 to 4 stars is simply for the hardware provided- all those plastic clamps don't inspire much confidence, and the stand feels flimsy. However, it's been functional so far, and the drums haven't slipped as I've played them. Overall, this is a very affordable way to expand the high register of your drum kit with quite a unique look. Compared to other drums in a similar register like Roto-Toms, these are a bit fuller in tone and project a little more, while taking up quite a bit more space than Roto-Toms. So it's all personal preference, but I'm very pleased with my purchase.
Pretty impressed
I was a little skeptical before I purchased the octobans. The shells are a nice thickness! Mounts are adequate. The only issue I have (since the kiddo is a heavy hitter) is the mounts to the posts are plastic. Fine for the drums themselves, but the mount to the down tube slips a bit due to the weight. This may be something to consider, but I remedied with a quick swap to a metal mount. Nice addition to the kit.
It took a bit of a while to arrive but well worth the wait! The shells are heavy duty! The hardware is nylon and remains to be seen but I think for the money, it’s an excellent product!
