WARRANTY POLICY

Beatello Limited Warranty

This warranty protects the original purchaser of Beatello products for one (1) year from the date of purchase. To make a claim, you must provide your original order number and invoice.

If a covered product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will send replacement parts free of charge. In the case of a major quality issue, we will replace the entire product. If the product or component is discontinued or out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

To start a claim, email our support team at support@beatello.com with your order number, invoice, a short description of the issue, and photos of the defect if possible.

Once your claim is approved, we will ship the replacement part or product to you as quickly as possible. The shipping cost of the replacement is paid by the customer. No return of the defective product is required.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Products purchased from any source other than the official Beatello online store or an authorized Beatello reseller;
  2. Any owner other than the original purchaser;
  3. Damage caused by neglect, moisture, extreme temperatures, mishandling, shipping, or abnormal playing conditions;
  4. Products altered or modified after leaving our facility;
  5. Consumable parts, such as drumheads;
  6. Normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Beatello is not liable for incidental, consequential, or other damages related to any defect or failure of this product. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product covered by the warranty claim.

Warranty Term on Replacement

A replacement does not start a new warranty period. The original warranty remains in effect for the remainder of its term.

Legal Provisions

This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary by state, country, or province and is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the purchase was made. It is enforceable only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Terms may change without notice, but all products already covered will continue to be honored.
