In spending more time helping my friend out and playing with this kit, you can get some really good tines with this kit. Take your time with it and get the sound you want. I am now gathering up some equipment to creat my iwn home recording studio and this set sounded great when he decided to do a drum cover. Agaun U live this little kit. This kit has a great sound and when I talked to the drummer about how it travels he loves it. Atva little iver 56 Lbs and easy set and breakdown it 8s a geat set.
