Wow This snare blew me away! The band and soundman love it too. It has ‘pop’ but not all of the ‘tin high end’ that overpowers when someone is a heavyhitter. Absolutely sits well in the pocket.

Every Beatello product is covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
If a product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will send replacement parts free of charge. For major quality issues, we will replace the entire product. If it is discontinued or out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
How to Claim
Email support@beatello.com with your order number, invoice, and photos of the issue. Once approved, your replacement ships as quickly as possible. Replacement shipping is paid by the customer; a return, if required, needs an RA number from our team.
What's Not Covered
Purchases outside the official Beatello store or authorized resellers, owners other than the original purchaser, damage from neglect, moisture, extreme temperatures, mishandling, shipping, or abnormal playing, post-factory alterations, consumables such as drumheads, and normal wear and tear.
A replacement does not restart the warranty; coverage continues for the remainder of the original term.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Exchanges depend on availability and must be for an item of equal value.
Email support@beatello.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Used, damaged, altered, or final sale items are not eligible.
Manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery: we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label. For all other returns you pay return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of receipt, though your bank may take longer to post it.

Can't beat it for $100... although technically you can, because it's a drum after all. Really impressed with the build quality for the price. The stock heads made it sound pretty dead and lifeless, but after swapping them out for Aquarians, this thing opened up and started singing. Nice cracky rimshots and a sharp pop that almost sounds like a balloon popping. One recommendation: add a small dab of lithium grease to the lug threads. Makes tuning much smoother and helps reduce wear over time. Awesome value for the money. Would make a great backup snare too.
Redoblante bueno. El Redoblante bien, pero lastimosamente llegaron 3 tornillos doblados y la medida no es estandar como con otras marcas. Así es difícil conseguir una correcta afinación. Aún así, con otros tornillos se logró afinar.
Insane Ping!! I was first introduced to this snare by my Instagram feed. I was sitting there in a studio with my guitarist working on the mix of our album at his college. And as soon as that ad popped up on my feed I was in love with both the sound and the look. My guitarist looked back at me as I looked at him with awe. I had to sit on this purchase for a week but then I knew what had to be done and as soon as I got it I had a field day with it. It already sounded amazing. I then thought to myself, “What if I put an Evan’s Black Chrome head on the bottom?”. Immediately I went on Sweetwater and bought a head. Had to wait a few days but the wait was well worth it because with that new bottom head, this is without a doubt THE best snare I’ve heard for heavier types of music. Eh. Not great but not bad. If you're looking for that deep snare sound this one works. I tightened both heads up straight out of the box to make it usable but buy a new battery and snare side head and it should improve.
