Do I pay customs duties or import taxes?

Products shipped from our China warehouse are offered at an all-inclusive price. Beatello does not charge any additional fees beyond the product price and shipping cost shown at checkout.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We accept cancellations before dispatch and can issue a full refund when applicable.Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Could my order arrive in more than one package?

Yes. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, depending on product availability, packaging, and fulfillment arrangements. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact support@beatello.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its outer packaging.

If the issue is a manufacturing defect, Beatello will arrange the appropriate solution. If the damage was caused during transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Carrier claims may take time, and full reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

For larger products, we recommend adding the logistics insurance offered by Beatello in partnership with Xcotton at checkout. If transit damage occurs, the insurance can provide compensation according to its coverage terms.

What is Beatello’s return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging, manuals, and accessories. All returns require authorization from Beatello before shipping.

For returns that are not related to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact support@beatello.com to request a Return Authorization number and return instructions.

Wow This snare blew me away! The band and soundman love it too. It has ‘pop’ but not all of the ‘tin high end’ that overpowers when someone is a heavyhitter. Absolutely sits well in the pocket.

Redoblante bueno. El Redoblante bien, pero lastimosamente llegaron 3 tornillos doblados y la medida no es estandar como con otras marcas. Así es difícil conseguir una correcta afinación. Aún así, con otros tornillos se logró afinar.

Insane Ping!! I was first introduced to this snare by my Instagram feed. I was sitting there in a studio with my guitarist working on the mix of our album at his college. And as soon as that ad popped up on my feed I was in love with both the sound and the look. My guitarist looked back at me as I looked at him with awe. I had to sit on this purchase for a week but then I knew what had to be done and as soon as I got it I had a field day with it. It already sounded amazing. I then thought to myself, “What if I put an Evan’s Black Chrome head on the bottom?”. Immediately I went on Sweetwater and bought a head. Had to wait a few days but the wait was well worth it because with that new bottom head, this is without a doubt THE best snare I’ve heard for heavier types of music. Tighten those heads up, have it slightly out of tune. You won’t regret it. With love from Paul Hammond of Decarthus <3
