Every Beatello product is covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
If a product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will send replacement parts free of charge. For major quality issues, we will replace the entire product. If it is discontinued or out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
How to Claim
Email support@beatello.com with your order number, invoice, and photos of the issue. Once approved, your replacement ships as quickly as possible. Replacement shipping is paid by the customer; a return, if required, needs an RA number from our team.
What's Not Covered
Purchases outside the official Beatello store or authorized resellers, owners other than the original purchaser, damage from neglect, moisture, extreme temperatures, mishandling, shipping, or abnormal playing, post-factory alterations, consumables such as drumheads, and normal wear and tear.
A replacement does not restart the warranty; coverage continues for the remainder of the original term.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Exchanges depend on availability and must be for an item of equal value.
Email support@beatello.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, or opened but unused. Items must still include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Used, damaged, altered, or final sale items are not eligible.
Manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery: we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label. For all other returns you pay return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of receipt, though your bank may take longer to post it.

Great beginner set. If you're playing for fun these allow you to hit all the "bells and whistles" associated with bigger drum kits. I enjoy playing them it's just not the best sound with regular sticks. I do have a set of 2B sticks with rubber covers on the tips and they make the cymbals sound great. It's a great value for the money, but if you're looking for sound, save your money and get a better set. Rock on!

I think it's worth making the following point here:Take your expectations!These are entry level cymbals. While they are tailored for heavy music, they have an industrial metal sound to my ears. They won't work for every style of music. And while they don't sound bad, they also are not as loud as some of the big brand offerings. They also feel a bit thin for my liking.All that to say this: if you want a practice set of cymbals that1. offers more than a pair of hihats and a crash and ride2. don't sound like polished trash can lids3. Won't cost 2/3 of your rent,These can't be beat.
Ride has decent wash, the 8" splash cuts through. Holed cymbals dry out fast, no long sustain – great for quick accents. Just know the black finish will show stick marks, but that's expected.
These alloy cymbals sound way more professional. Love the 20" ride bell, very defined. The padded bag is actually usable. Recommend for drummers on a budget who want a full set.
The holed china is my favorite – super trashy and fast. 16" crash opens up easy. Hi-hats are a bit heavy but work fine. Comes with everything you need except stands. Four stars, good value.
