Payment Security
Every transaction runs over an encrypted connection. Shopify issues our SSL certificate automatically, so your data is scrambled in transit and unreadable to anyone who intercepts it. Card details are tokenized, never stored on our servers. Orders also pass built-in fraud analysis and, where required, 3D Secure verification with your bank. Checkout meets PCI DSS standards. You can shop and pay with confidence.
Every Beatello product is covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
If a product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will send replacement parts free of charge. For major quality issues, we will replace the entire product. If it is discontinued or out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
How to Claim
Email support@beatello.com with your order number, invoice, and photos of the issue. Once approved, your replacement ships as quickly as possible. Replacement shipping is paid by the customer; a return, if required, needs an RA number from our team.
What's Not Covered
Purchases outside the official Beatello store or authorized resellers, owners other than the original purchaser, damage from neglect, moisture, extreme temperatures, mishandling, shipping, or abnormal playing, post-factory alterations, consumables such as drumheads, and normal wear and tear.
A replacement does not restart the warranty; coverage continues for the remainder of the original term.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Exchanges depend on availability and must be for an item of equal value.
Email support@beatello.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, or opened but unused. Items must still include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Used, damaged, altered, or final sale items are not eligible.
Manufacturing defects or transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery: we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label. For all other returns you pay return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of receipt, though your bank may take longer to post it.

drums sound excellent, definitely an upgrade over the ones I had before.. I needed a decent drumkit small enough to fit inside an orchestrion, and will probably order more of the same in the future. also I cut the mute rings off the toms to get a bit more tone
Studio Soud! The Traveler Series Ultimate Portable Drum Set completely redefines what a travel-friendly acoustic kit can do. Between the ultra-shallow profile and resonant punch, it delivers full-kit acoustic authority without the backbreaking load-in. * Massive Low-End: The 20" UFO Gong Bass Drum is an acoustic marvel. Outfitted with an integrated low-frequency head, it moves serious air and delivers a warm, centered punch that rivals traditional deep-shell kicks. * Crisp, Resonant Shells: The carbon steel construction across the 10" snare, 10" rack tom, 12" tom, and 14" floor tom produces bright, focused attack with immediate projection. The snare cracks through mixes with articulate snap, while the toms sustain cleanly with zero boxy overtones. * Flexible Setup: The four included universal ball swivel mounts make dialling in exact angles effortless. Everything locks solidly into place, so you can play aggressively without the pads creeping or shifting. * Effortless Portability: Packing flat into compact spaces, the entire setup streamlines transport for gigging drummers, buskers, and studio sessions with tight footprints. For drummers looking for a completely turnkey, rock-solid foundation, you can also purchase the Beatello stand set to match the hardware footprint directly to the kit. Whether you need a reliable rehearsal rig, an apartment-friendly acoustic alternative, or a grab-and-go setup for club dates, this kit delivers uncompromising dynamics in a radically portable package. Excellent sound quality, adjustability and portability! You will be extremely happy with this phenomenal kit.
This Kit Should Cost More, But Thank God It Doesn't...This kit is AMAZINGLY compact. The heads sound incredible. The price is a steal for what it is, and the craftsmanship is off the charts. Now it doesn't come with stands or cymbals, but at this point, who cares? Because it comes with the travel case! CALLING ALL WORKING DRUMMERS ON BUDGETS! GET THIS KIT!!
